Hotel Policies

CHECK-IN POLICY:

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. sharp

  • Any early check-in requires a $25.00 USD fee (availability must be confirmed with the general manager first).
  • Any late check-out requires a $25.00 USD fee (must check with the general manager first).
  • If early check-in or late check-out is not available, kindly wait in the lobby until check-in time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We have a 5-day notice for a cancellation. With this 5-day notice, we will refund 50% of the deposit.
  • Less than 5-day notice is nonrefundable.
  • If your booking is subject to a non-refundable policy, the amount debited 5 days before check-in will not be eligible for refund.
  • We do not do any refunds based on late arrivals or early departures.
  • Change of arrival dates must be advised at least 5 days in advance as we will need to confirm if the new arrival dates are available

HOTEL POLICIES:

  • Clients will be fined for any broken or missing items in the room.
  • No smoking – The alarm system will activate if it detects any smoke.
  • No loud music or excessive noise.
  • No parties or gatherings of any kind.
  • No visitors – registered guests only (unless under specific circumstances with prior notification to the front desk.)
  • No refunds – all sales are final.
  • Minors are not allowed to book a room.
  • No ID, no service – All guests staying in the room must provide identification

ROOM OCCUPANCY LIMITS:

  • Standard room: Maximum of two persons.

  • Family room: Maximum of three persons.

  • Regular double bed room: Maximum of four persons.

  • Large double bed room: Maximum of four persons, unless a sofa bed is arranged for a fifth person at an additional $25.00 USD (must be approved by the manager before check-in).

  • Suite: Maximum of two persons, unless a sofa bed is arranged for a third person at an additional $25.00 USD (must be approved by the manager before check-in).
